Do you have a Realtor you feel
you can trust! If so…wonderful! If not, I would like the opportunity to earn that trust.
My systematic approach to buying a house:
1. What are your needs? -We will develop a wants&needs list to define direction. 2. You are invited to meet my at my office where we can effectively match what you’re looking for to what is currently available on the market. 3. I will present your buyer protections through reviewing the Purchase Contract. 4. Let’s get you preapproved with a lender, if you’ve not done so already. -I am happy to recommend a few lenders that will work with you through the preapproval process. They are people I trust will give you an honest assessment of market rates so you can make a more informed decision about your purchase. Furthermore, when we do find you the right home, you have a stronger chance of winning. 5. I will schedule showings so we can visit properties. 6. My only timeline in finding you a home is when WE discover the right home for you. When we’ve found the right home…we make an offer! 7. During the Escrow period, I am happy to guide you every step of the way. 8. Once you’ve moved into your new home, I want you to know that I will be available for ongoing sup- port and guidance.
It is the little things done consistently in excellence...
If you need someone to discuss your mortgage options and what you might expect from banks today, I have 20 year's banking experience, including years as a trust officer, investment counselor, and am a National Association of Realtors Resource in Short Sales and Foreclosures, SFR. Many people are concerned about talking to their bank and if they do they often are not able to reach someone who can actually advise them.
